At this time, we are forced to charge for shipping. May of 2008, the post office raised their rates. Our rate change is for The United States, which includes APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii. We reserve the right, to change this at anytime.
All orders are to be prepaid prior to shipping. Prepaid orders accepted by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. For credit card orders, please provide credit card number, expiration date, and name of cardholder. (Please Check Privacy Notice)

MAIL & TELEPHONE ORDERS
Are accepted by phone, e-mail and regular mail. Shipping charges are extra. We reserve the right to correct any pricing and shipping errors.
RETURNS
Sorry, at this time, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. You have 3 days from date of receipt, to return any item. Claims will not be accepted after 3 days. Date on return, will be noted. Returns for any reason, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice.
PRICE LISTS
We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary. Prices will vary due to market conditions, order quantities, and product availability. We buy low, so we can sell low, even after adding the shipping; the more we buy, the lower the price.
BACK ORDERS
We will contact you directly prior to shipping your order should there be any back orders. If you wish, we will hold your order until it can be shipped complete, or you may cancel any back orders.
